We strongly uphold your right to privacy on the internet and we do not collect or retain any personally identifiable information about your use of this website, nor do we use any contact details you may provide in the course of that use other than as specifically requested by yourself.
Stonehouse Studios is fully compliant with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Under the terms of the GDPR your consent is required to hold and process any personally identifiable information. Any such processing is limited to the minimum necessary in the course of our business to respond to your enquiries, update you regarding new courses or facilities, or to invoice you for any courses booked, and we ask for and retain only the minimum of personal data (name, address and contact details) essential for this purpose. Personal data is stored offline and in a physically secure location.
We will not under any circumstances pass on your details to any third party or use these other than with your permission and as stated above. Should you wish your details to be amended or permanently removed from our records, please advise in writing or by email and we will do so immediately.
We may hold your details for up to four years following your last contact with Stonehouse Studios, after which they will be permanently deleted from our records unless you have specifically requested them to be retained for the future.
